Let's talk

Consultancy

Technology strategy, systems integration, growth development and digital communication for mid-sized organisations. Every engagement starts with a consultation and ends with your team able to run it.

Most organisations we meet already know something has to change. What they want is a straight answer about what to do first — and someone who will still be there while it gets done.

What we work on

  • Technology strategy What to build, what to buy, and what to leave well alone.
  • Systems integration Making the tools you already pay for talk to each other.
  • Growth development Finding the next market, and what it will take to reach it.
  • Digital communication How you say what you do, to the people who need to hear it.

How an engagement runs

Every engagement opens with a consultation: what you are trying to achieve, what is in the way, and what you already have that works. What we recommend after that is specific to you, and costed.

Strategy on its own tends to sit on a shelf. So we train your team as well, until they can run what we have recommended without us. Then we stay reachable while it beds in.

If the honest answer is that you do not need us, we will say so at the consultation. It costs you nothing to find out.
