What we collect
When you fill in a form. Your name, email address, and whatever else you choose to tell us. These forms are run by HubSpot on our behalf, and the data lands in our HubSpot account.
When you read a page. Statichost, our host, counts page views. It does not set cookies and does not build a profile of you.
Why
To answer you, and to know which pages people find useful.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: three years from our last contact, then deleted. Analytics: aggregated, with nothing that identifies you.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email general.manager@biztech.org.uk and we will do it within a month. If we get it wrong, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
